June Home Sales Report (2026)

Here are the latest statistics for residential real estate in Cincinnati, Southeastern Indiana, Northern Kentucky, Dayton and Springfield.

Inventory and new listings continued to grow across the region in June, giving buyers more choices while home prices remained on the rise, creating favorable conditions for sellers. Although sales activity varied by market, year-to-date trends reflect a healthy housing market with steady demand. Here is a report by region of home sales during June of 2026:

Cincinnati Market Statistics

June 2026 vs. June 2025

  • 6.9% increase in homes sold (1,949)

  • 1.7% increase in median sale price ($330,500)

  • 8.2% increase in sales volume ($785,900,000)

  • 5.0% increase in active inventory (2,964)

  • 3.1% increase in new listings (2,589)

  • 50.0% increase in median days on market (6 days)

January-June 2026 vs. January-June 2025

  • 1.4% increase in homes sold (8,870 vs. 8,745)

  • 6.3% increase in median sale price ($320,000 vs. $301,000)

  • 5.8% increase in sales volume ($3,410,000,000 vs. $3,220,000,000)

Northern Kentucky Market Statistics

June 2026 vs. June 2025

  • 3.9% increase in homes sold (632 homes vs. 608 homes)

  • 6.1% increase in median sale price ($323,503 vs. $305,000)

  • 12.5% increase in sales volume ($241,000,000 vs. $214,000,000)

  • 8.9% increase in active inventory (1172 vs. 1076)

  • 15.1% increase in new listings (928 vs. 806)

  • -14.3% decrease in average days on the market (24 vs. 28)

January-June 2026 vs. January-June 2025

  • 0.5% increase in homes sold (3024 vs. 3009)

  • 1.7% increase in median sale price ($304,950 vs. $300,000)

  • 2.1% increase in sales volume ($1,070,000,000 vs. $1,050,000,000)

  • 8.0% increase in active inventory (1030 vs. 954)

  • 7.5% increase in new listings (4520 vs. 4206)

  • -5.6% decrease in average days on the market (34 vs. 36)

  • 1.80% increase in median sale price ($279,950 vs. $275,000)

  • 10.43% increase in new listings (1991 vs. 1803)
