July Home Sales Report (2026)

Here are the latest statistics for residential real estate in Cincinnati, Southeastern Indiana, Northern Kentucky, Dayton and Springfield.

July brought increases in home sales, median sale prices and sales volume across Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky, while new listings also increased throughout the region. With more homes coming to market alongside continued buyer demand and price growth, current conditions are creating opportunities for both buyers and sellers Here is a report by region of home sales for July 2026:

Cincinnati Market Statistics

July 2026 vs. July 2025

  • 5.9% Increase in homes sold (1,880 homes)

  • 1.4% Increase in median sale price ($329,450)

  • 7.0% Increase in sales volume ($757,570,000)

  • 5.7% Increase in active homes for sale (3,271 units)

  • 7.3% Increase in new listings (2,648 units)

  • 28.6% Increase median days on market (9 days)

January–July 2026 vs. January–July 2025

  • 2.9% Increase in homes sold (10,828 vs. 10,521)

  • 4.9% Increase in median sale price ($320,000 vs. $305,000)

  • 6.8% Increase in sales volume ($4,200,000,000 vs. $3,930,000,000)
