  • -8.8% Decrease in homes sold (927 homes vs 1,016 homes )

  • +10% Increase in median sale price ($300,000 vs $272,750)

  • -6.3% Decrease in sales volume ($325,120,000 vs $347,030,000)

  • +32.1% Increase in active homes for sale (2,710 units)

  • +18.2% Increase in new listings (1,650 units)

  • +3.6% Increase median days on market (15 days)

  • +2.17% Increase in homes sold (799 vs 782 homes)

  • +7.29% Increase in new listings (1,163 vs 1,084)
