  • -1.0% decrease in homes sold (1,607)

  • 8.0% increase in median sale price ($324,000)

  • 5.7% increase in sales volume ($614,560,000)

  • 29.1% increase in active inventory (2,834 listings)

  • 13.4% increase in new listings (2,624 new listings)

  • 25.0% increase in median days on market (5 days)

January-April 2026 vs. January-April 2025

  • -1.3% decrease in homes sold (5,085 vs 5,019)

  • 6.9% increase in median sale price ($290,000 vs. $310,000)

  • 2.0% increase in sales volume ($1,800,000,000 vs. $1,830,000,000)

Northern Kentucky Market Statistics

April 2026 vs April 2025

  • -4.3% decrease in homes sold (530 homes vs 554 homes)

  • 6.8% increase in median sale price ($299,000 vs $280,000)

  • -7.7% decrease in sales volume ($177,000,000 vs $191,000,000)

  • 5.3% increase in active inventory (988 vs 938)

  • 16.5% increase in new listings (884 vs 759)
