Through this whole process until now, I think Nadine guided us like a close family member being there to answer all of our questions, concerns and patiently listening to us. The best part that I liked about Nadine was that she was more prepared than us for our meetings with the property seller/builder with questions and such. She always came proactively prepared with notepads, printouts and other materials which showed her readiness for the discussions. I was very impressed the way she made notes from the meeting, had follow up questions, promptly checked with us on what we felt and our thoughts etc. She helped us get clarity and understanding of the whole process of a new construction home. I am glad that we chose her as our agent for this project.

We have bought and sold 10 homes over 43 years. Realtors had lost professional credibility with my wife and I. Many seemed to coin operated. Not Nadine. She worked incredibly hard for us. Very knowledgeable, professional, consultative and willing to jump in at any time. We will recommend Nadine to everyone we know who might be buying or selling a home.
