As a full-time licensed Realtor with Sibcy Cline Realtors since 1992, I bring hands-on experience, deep market knowledge, and a passion for helping clients navigate the world of real estate. From marketing and advertising to negotiating and appraising, I’ve developed a comprehensive skill set that allows me to guide buyers and sellers with confidence and care.

Throughout my career, I’ve been honored with numerous accolades, including the Sales Masters Award from the Butler-Warren Board of Realtors, repeated Million Dollar Club recognitions, Sibcy Cline’s Top Club Award, and the prestigious President’s Sales Club designation. These achievements are a reflection of my commitment to excellence and the trust my clients place in me.

I am proud to currently serve on the Butler County Planning and Zoning Commission, where I stay actively involved in shaping our community’s growth. I am also a certified Butler and Hamilton County Probate Appraiser, working closely with local probate attorneys in both counties to provide accurate market valuations for the court system.

My educational background includes Niles McKinley High School, Youngstown State University, and Southern Ohio College. I’ve also completed extensive continued education through Hondros College, with a focus on marketing, appraising, and real estate law.

With strong leadership and people skills, I’ve had the privilege of serving as Chairman of the RPAC Committee for the Butler-Warren Board of Realtors and participating on various state and local committees throughout the years.
