Kim listened to what I said I wanted, understanding my priorities while also giving me options I hadn’t considered. Her knowledge of the various neighborhoods we explored was invaluable, and even walked through areas with me to help me get a feel for the neighborhood. She was also very patient as my priorities and wants/needs shifted during the search, and adjusted listings we looked at to reflect those changes. The home I purchased was actually in an area I hadn’t initially considered - but turned out to be exactly what I wanted and needed - and only considered because Kim had taken the time to listen and actually read between the lines of what I thought I wanted, and drove me through the neighborhood before there was even a home available! When she went out of town, she made sure I had someone to go to with any questions, concerns, or needs - and Marie stepped right in to help until Kim returned.
