I met Ali at an open house that i spur-of-the-moment passed by. She's so personable that we started talking immediately. I told her we were just thinking about buying. She offered to show us some homes so we could see what was on the market and to help us understand home buying a bit more. Never did we feel like she was 'selling' us. She provided information, constructive feedback on the houses and made us feel so comfortable that we put an offer in on a house in only a week. Throughout the month-long process of closing, she helped with lenders, inspections, amd basically hand-holding as we navigated the process. She was our advocate, too.
