Joel Meyer brings a relationship-first approach to real estate, backed by nearly a decade of experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate every kind of market. As Manager of Sibcy Cline’s Green Township Office and Vice President of the award-winning JS Meyer Team, Joel leads with strategy, heart, and a drive for growth—both for his clients and the agents he mentors.

With a background in finance from GE Aviation and a degree from The Ohio State University, Joel combines financial expertise with a passion for people. His hands-on experience flipping homes and building from the ground up gives clients real-world insights they can trust. A fourth-generation REALTOR®, Joel’s roots in Cincinnati run deep, especially on the West Side, where he and his team proudly serve families, individuals, and investors alike.

Joel and his wife Sydney, his business partner and fellow REALTOR®, are raising their daughter Savannah with the same values they bring to work: faith, family, and service. Outside of real estate, they enjoy travel, Buckeye football, and keeping up with their frisbee-loving Golden Retriever, Skipper.
