Tonya has a background in leadership development, marketing and communications, public relations, fashion, healthcare, property management, contracting and vendor relations, and holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Mount St. Joseph University. Ben is currently serving in the United States Army with more than 20 years of active duty service; he has a background in organizational management, HR, general contracting, construction, and property management, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from University of Cincinnati.
