Pat was honest about the pluses and minuses of my property and that was refreshing to hear from an agent. Property was listed and activity on the property was excellent and went under contract in just about a week. Pat continued to communicate, follow-up and keep me in the loop as we worked toward the closing date. I especially appreciated Pat texting me each time important information was emailed to me, I knew what was coming and that it wasn't a scam or on-line fraud of some sort. Pat was great to work with and was up front with suggestions for a quicker sale, expected sales price etc. He was very prompt in getting photos and the expert write up for listing. Nothing was expected from me and except for a few minor fixes after inspection and he handled the rest. Very seamless for the seller which was awesome.
